The Festival of Trees

Lexie had her first dance performance at the Festival of Tree's the other day. It was great to go and get into the christmas spirit, seeing all of the decorated trees etc.
Lexie did such a great job, she wasn't nervous at all. When I saw her she said " I didn't know I got to dance on a real stage, that was fun!". All of the girls in the classes were so cute it was also nice to see so many neighbors.( many of the neighbors here have girls in Lexie's class or go to the same dance teacher). Way to go Lexie!

After Lexie's performance we went around looking at the trees. Joshua really loved seeing all the pretty trees and playing with the chain and posts to keep people back from the displays. Thank you to my mom for coming with us and helping me keep track of my two children.

We also had the opportunity to see santa..Joshua wanted nothing to do with him and wiggled and screamed the entire time.
