YOU WHAT!!!!!

I went upstairs this evening to get Lexie and I found her hiding in her room and looking guilty, after evaluating the situation for about a second and a half I realized she had cut her hair, ALOT! I said to her" why did you do that?" she then told me she wanted her hair to look like Alana's (her friend) Then I cried, alot...Luckily my sister was home and Russ showed up shortly after to console Lexie because now she was crying because I was...Russ took a couple quick pictures before we ducked out the door to get a neighbor(and hairdresser) to try to save what was left of her hair...


After seeing these pictures it really tears at my heart to see how upset I made her by my crying..


While getting her hair cut (by a proffesional) she had told me "it's ok mommy my hair will grow back." Her hairdresser said that she would be doing a pixie cut so now we call her "tink" short for tinkerbell. I will take a picture of the end product tomorrow..

While I was crying my sister asked me " How old were you Sheila when you cut most of your hair off" grumpily I replied " about Lexie's age..." That saying what goes around comes around is sounding familiar..my apologies go out to my Mom, I love you!

Lexie had put most of the cut off hair into the garbage can in the bathroom but a ton of little pieces ended up all over the floor.
