Tag Lexie is it..

5 things we love obout our Lexie...

1.She is so thoughtful and notices so much more than I ever realize. Always wanting to help and be a good example for her little brother. She notices the people around her whether they are sad/happy whatever. She shows so much concern for all, I love it when she plays with someone new at the park and says "that is my friend" I then ask her what their name is and she tells me she doesn't know. But they are still her friend.

2. At Lexie's first parent teacher conference her kindergarten teacher said she will be great at reading stories because she is so animated and shows so much excitement and emotion in her face. This is true, she is always being silly or just having fun and has so many cute faces that she makes.

3. Lexie is a great cheerleader to have around. Even when she was really little Russ and I would be playing volleyball and she would sit on the sidelines clapping and yelling yeah! good job mom/dad! (even when the other team got a point) She always tells people how good of a job they did and gets so excited.

4. Her love of music. She loves to sing and learn new songs in church at home or at school. This is nice to help remind her that she is a child of god, all the way to putting her name on her paper at school. She has a pretty good memory and can learn the songs pretty quick, it always amazes me. When joshua was very little and he would cry Lexie would sit by him and sing to him, it usually calmed him right down.

5. Lexie is a beautiful young lady and I always wonder how I have been so blessed to have such a sweet and loving gal for my little girl.
